The writer, Suresh Nair, quotes the famous dialogue from The Fountainhead, when Ellsworth Toohey asks Howard Roark "What do you think of me?" and Roark replies "I don't think of you".

Suresh Nair goes one step ahead of Howard Roark. He doesn't think of Ellsworth Toohey so intensely, that he changes his name to Ellison Toohey.
